The Studio offers many choices to enhance, or begin your journey to a healthier YOU. We have Massage and Spa Services, Reiki Healing, Ayurvedic Health Coaching, Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Low Impact Personal Training.  

Located in downtown Huntsville in the Historic McAdam's Dry Goods store. The vibe is chill, supportive, and fun!

Katie Fox proudly holds her 200 hours with Yoga Alliance. She is currently an Ayurvedic Coach/Consultant with YogaFit, as well as a Reiki practitioner.  Furthermore, Katie is a SHSU Bearkat Alum!

Rebecca Threatt, LMT, FMT

Director of Massage and Spa Therapy


 Rebecca Threatt is experienced in multiple different massage modalities and spa treatments. Her passion is assessing and treating myofascial issues to alleviate pain and help the body heal itself. She is a certified Functional Movement Therapist and can help you approach your chronic pain from some different therapeutic persepctives in order to get you moving well again. She is an endurance runner and mother of six children and holds an AA in Business, and a BS and MS in Professional Accounting. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation since 2006 (TX MT048798). She is a proud member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals since 2005.

Madeline Aldana

Certified Pilates Instructor

Madeline Aldana is a SHSU Bearkat Alum. She holds her BFA in dance. A certified Pilates instructor with Body Balance, Madeline brings amazing energy into her Pilates classes, and she is as a seasoned dance instructor.

Samarah Zamora

Certified Yoga and Certified Barre Instructor

Samarah Zamora is a current SHSU student who brings her love of fitness and yoga together in wonderfully choreographed group classes. To further the potential to reach her fellow students, Samarah created the student group, "Compassion Collective".

Elizabeth Mize

Certified Barre, Pilates, and Group Fitness Instructor

Certified Personal Trainer

Elizabeth Mize is a seasoned Group Fitness Instructor and ACE certified Personal Trainer. She uses resistance bands, mat exercises, and other low impact training methods in order to build strength and stamina while being gentle on the joints of the body.

Caitlyn Ashton

Meditation and Master Reiki Practitioner

Caitlyn Ashton leads The Studio in original monthly meditations that are in cycle with the moon. The classes are donation based, so that we can give back to the community around us. As a Master Reiki Practitioner, Caitlyn works with your body's natural energy centers to help you stay balanced and heal.

Holly Calhoun. LMT

Holly Calhoun, LMT

Holly graduated in August of 2021 from The Woodlands School of Massage Therapy to pursue a lifelong dream. Her grandmothers were massage therapists and she grew up with them as an example of how touch can heal. She hopes to carry on the family tradition of healing by touch. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation since 2021 (MT1235864) and is a member of ATMA (American Massage Therapy Association).  She graduated from Sam Houston State in 2009, with a BA in English and Education.

KC Collins, LMT

KC is a graduate of the Woodlands School of Massage and has had significant massage therapy practitioner experience since his licensure. His goal is to provide a whole body approach which addresses chronically tight or congested musculature and fascia which is often the root cause of pain and discomfort. Some of the tools and modalities used to accomplish this are myofascial release, stretching, deep gliding strokes, cupping, and the use of a compression gun applied with light pressure.

KC believes an integrated approach utilizing a variety of different techniques and modalities is the most effective way to create positive lasting change for the well being of your body.

His massage services are custom tailored to your specific needs. You will receive a customized session that will leave you feeling relaxed, and restored.

Additionally, KC also specializes in Swedish, relaxation massage, and breath-work.
